Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders may ship from U.S. or international fulfillment partners depending on product availability.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–14 days, depending on your location. Some items may ship from our international fulfilment partners, which can extend delivery times during busy periods or due to carrier delays. Delivery time refers to the period after dispatch and does not include order processing. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders include tracking details. Your tracking link will be emailed once your package has been dispatched.
My tracking has not updated yet, is that normal?
Yes. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipping for tracking updates to appear.
Why can delivery times vary?
Delivery times can vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, postal service disruptions, and peak seasonal demand.
What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order and ensuring a resolution.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a quick and secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so edits or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Where do I enter a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout before completing your purchase. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Yes. We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The product is in resellable condition (unused, unworn, with original tags/packaging, and free from marks, odors, pet hair, or damage).
- You contact us before sending the return to receive return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
