Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 14 days, depending on your location. Some items may ship from our international fulfilment partners, which can extend delivery times during busy periods or due to carrier delays. Delivery time refers to the period after dispatch and does not include order processing. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking details. Your tracking link will be emailed once your package has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipping.
Shipping Area
We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Depending on product availability, orders may be dispatched from either our US-based fulfilment partners or our international fulfilment partners. Shipping origin varies by item, and tracking information will always be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated, or your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund once the carrier’s investigation is complete.
Returns & Refunds
At Cutopia, we want you to love every order. Each item is checked with care before shipping, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the following details to understand how returns and refunds work at Cutopia.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be unused, with all original tags/packaging, and free from marks, odours, pet hair, or damage.
- You contact us before sending the return to receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. “Delivery” means the date the package is marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we're happy to arrange an exchange where stock is available, following the same conditions as our returns policy.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours, provided your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
